LinkedIn post scheduler
LinkedIn post scheduler that also writes your posts
Aria schedules and publishes LinkedIn posts through LinkedIn's official API, and it writes them too. Pick your posting days and up to two times a day in your timezone. Aria keeps the queue filled with posts in your voice and publishes each one at its slot. You can approve every post before it goes out, or let it run on autopilot.
What you get
- A schedule in your timezone: choose the days, and one or two posting times a day.
- A queue that refills itself. On autopilot, Aria writes new posts in your voice whenever the queue runs low.
- A calendar with week and month views. Drag posts to reorder them, move one to the next slot, or post it now.
- Approval mode. Turn it on and nothing publishes until you approve it.
- Carousels mixed in automatically, roughly one in every three posts.
- Plain-language changes. Tell Aria "post 3 times a week" or "make my posts shorter" and it updates your settings.
How often to post
For most people, 3 to 4 posts a week on fixed days beats posting daily for a fortnight and then stopping. Leave several hours between posts so each one gets its own audience. Our guide on how often to post on LinkedIn has the detail.
A scheduler alone versus Aria
| Scheduler only | Aria | |
|---|---|---|
| Writing | You still write every post | Writes posts in your voice |
| Empty queue | Posting stops | Refills itself on autopilot |
| Formats | Whatever you upload | Text posts and carousels with your photo |
| Publishing | Official API or browser extension, depending on the tool | LinkedIn's official API |
Aria writes and publishes LinkedIn posts in your voice, and never invents a fact about you.

Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?
Aria posts through LinkedIn's official API with permission you grant when you connect. It does not run a browser extension, scrape LinkedIn or automate likes and comments.
Can I post more than once a day?
Yes, up to two posting times a day. For reach, three or four posts a week usually does better than several a day.
Can it post to a LinkedIn company page?
Aria posts to personal profiles today. Company page posting is planned.
