Calls and podcasts to LinkedIn posts
Turn sales calls, podcasts and voice notes into LinkedIn posts
Paste a transcript from Zoom, Google Meet, Otter, Fathom or a podcast, and Aria pulls out what you actually said and writes 5 LinkedIn posts from it, in your voice. Every story and number in a post must appear in the transcript, so nothing gets added that you did not say. Transcripts up to 60,000 characters work, roughly an hour of conversation.
Why your calls are your best content
On a sales call or a podcast you explain your ideas to a real person, with real examples, in your own words. That is exactly what a good LinkedIn post needs, and most of it disappears when the call ends.
How it works
- Copy the transcript from your call recorder or podcast host. Any format works.
- Paste it into "From a call" in Aria. Add your name as it appears in the transcript, so Aria knows which speaker is you.
- Aria finds the strongest moments: opinions you argued for, stories you told, numbers you quoted, questions people kept asking.
- You get 5 posts in your voice, each built on one of those moments. Edit them, schedule them, or post one now.
What stays private
The transcript is used once to write your posts and is not saved. Only the posts you keep are stored in your queue. Leave out other people's names and confidential details before you paste, or ask Aria to keep posts general.
Aria writes and publishes LinkedIn posts in your voice, and never invents a fact about you.

Can I upload the audio file instead of a transcript?
Not yet. Paste the text transcript; most call tools (Zoom, Meet, Otter, Fathom) export one.
Will the posts quote the other person?
Aria writes from what you said. If you want a client or guest quoted, get their permission first and edit it in.
How long can the transcript be?
Up to 60,000 characters, which is roughly an hour of conversation.
